Should Tony Soprano be prosecuted for hiring illegal aliens?

How many are protesting the series because of this outrageous maneuver, when we know there are perfectly qualified all-American hitmen that could have done the same job?

Answer:
As far as employment law is concerned, Soprano did not contract or hire anyone. It is impossible to make a legally binding contract (verbal, understood, or otherwise) to perform an illegal act (in this case a murder). So, these illegal aliens could not be considered under his employ as far as that goes. He only needs to worry about conspiracy to commit murder.
The only one he hired was Furio who went back to Italy because he had the "hots" for Carmela.Furio was hot,I had plenty of jobs for him to do.
Come on now, the Sopranos is fiction. However, if they were real, yes they should be prosecuted.
Monsters from Mars. Loonies from the moon. Beings from Pluto. Energy force from the sun. Illegal Aliens? What are you talking about???
That WOP should do hard time for that.I can understand rubbing someone out, but using illegal labor is un-American.
he will be all done on sunday so whatever happens, justice will be served up.
