Immigration Reform . . .?
Answer:
It sounds like a good plan; however, it doesn't benefit the fat cats that own these big companies hiring illegal immigrants. They depend on these people to make profits. I'm baffled that people are so ignorant and don't see the benefit of this migrant workforce. Like I've said before, when I see John Smith or Tyrone Williams picking fruit, I'll stop defending illegal immigrants. That day will never come because it's these people who are lazy and on welfare. Has anyone ever visited Detroit, Oakland, or New Orleans? Let me tell you; I would much rather live near illegal immigrants than in those cities.
^^^^^^^^^How can you have a intelligent discussion with these people, when all they have is hate...?
I think that is a great idea, if we deemed it necessary to help Iraq, a people we have no connection with, except for their oil, than why NOT help a neighbor.
Incidental, this govt. with its foreign policies is partially responsible for the mess in Latin America.
I don't think that will be a solution. the Mexican gov. will probably give the bidding job to the cousin that owns a steel mill or construction company and once again the money would be pocketed.
But I like your train of thought!! If only we could insure that the funds would go to the people and not to the government.
It's the elites in Mexico, the business lobby, the illegals and groups like La Raza, and worst of all, our congress and president have no interest in any type of reform. It is in their best interest to and more importantly to their bottom line to grant amnesty to these illegals, and to encourage more to follow.
not at all
So pay Mexico to do what they should already be doing? C'mon
