Is a White life better than a Minority's life?

i'd like to say no, everylife is equal, but that unfourtunatly isnt the case. i am mexican american, i consider myself to be called a latina since not only do i have mexican blood but i also have puerto rican blood in me also. i currently live in tucson, az, a border city. i went on a 2 month rd trip with my randparents, who are white, well german to be exact, and my 2 whte cuzins. we were in a predomanetly white town in the south of the u.s. and a white man told me that i have a really nice tan going on. i think he thought i was white with a dark tan. i told him that no this skin color is not a tan and its all natural. thats when alot of te people in the resturaunt began to stare even harder than at he begining. i never thought i would be the victim of racsim. 2 weeks ago i left on another rd trip only 4 2 weeks. i went up to oregonand every store or shop i went into the workers would follow me, as if i was going to steal something. yet again i was the victim of the white population not trusting a differnt race. it sad to say but being white has its goods. i believe people were created equal and as an indiviudual should be judged not beucz u r black, mexican, arabic, indian or ne other race.
Any life is better when they are self dependent and don't need the government to hold you up.

I make less than $21,000/year before taxes...and don't qualify for low income housing because I make too much. Yet in my city, that isn't enough for a one bedroom apartment, let alone a mortgage payment and utility bills on a house.
I don't qualify for public assistance...yet I live paycheck-to-paycheck scraping together enough money to eat each day.
And yet...I see minority families moving into those brand new $100,000 homes the city built for low-income families...with their brand new Escalades parked in front with 21" chrome rims.
While I'm hoping I got enough money to buy food for two weeks, I see a minority paying for inch thick steaks and junk food and random stuff I can't afford...with a WIC card.
Tell me how my life is better, please.
life is what you make of it!!! bad choices bring on pricey consequences, there will always be haters worried about what goes on in someone else's household, frankly it is none of there business, my life is great!
I am a white guy, and sometimes I think the minorities have it better than I do. I go to college and work full-time. I support a wife and a household. All of my money either goes to bills, college, or car repairs. I spend roughly $3000 a semester for college. Yet I see minorities getting full-ride scholarships left and right. I barely qualify for Loans, because I make too much as a janitor. Hey, if you think you have a hard life, try mine on for size for month or two and see how it fits.

Not neccesarily, no. I am, in fact a minority, which involves anyone who is not a white, at least middleclass, male. (Although I am middle class) It's what you make of it, and where you live. Anyone's life in the ghetto probably isn't that great. But we do still have racism and sexism if that's what you mean. But by today's standards, that honestly applies to everyone, including white people. And men, come to think of it. Just look at the child custody issues.

Depends, you make your own future.I know immigrants both legal and illegal who came here with nothing and have been VERY successful...You make your own destiny, and it takes HARD work and a good attitude.Immigrants and minorities face all sorts of obstacles, and yet many succeed...
It all depends on the person; I know plenty of white people that have a hard life, feel oppressed by society, etc. We all have different circumstances and attitudes about those circumstances and I am not convinced that race plays as big a role as a select few would have you believe. I have lived in many places where I am the minority and I don't see it affecting my circumstances.

That's a hard one. Maybe in some ways. They seem to have it a lot better than me. Heck, I wish I could qualify for government medical assistance and all the other free benefits/handouts like they do. But I don't, since my skin is white, I have a job, and I use birth control.
Of course. They can afford $250,000 per year club membership fees.I can't even afford a $19.99 membership at the Y. Yeah, their life is way better....

No. People who don't whine and complain about whitey keeping them down have a better life. That supercedes race. Minorities are the ones keeping themselves down. They believe their so-called leaders when they tell them that they are entitled to something just because they are black, or hispanic, or whatever. Minority groups get to go to school for free. I don't. Minority groups get prefferential treatment for government jobs. I don't. My own government discriminates against me because I am white. And I have it better? No, you've got it all wrong. You need to get your facts straight sir...just go to the hills of the Appalachians, and see the poor white's that it's own country has forgotten about...stop putting Blacks in the same catagory as illegal immigrants, because illegals are taking jobs from them too...illegal is illegal..no life is better than any other life...People need to survive here also, and when jobs are given to illegal immigrants, over skilled whites, there is a problem...this is what is happening, and the hatred many of the illegals have for Americans, is another reason they are not welcomed any more...kinda biting the hand that feeds them.
