From what I have been reading you hit the nail on the head...check out the SPP and it is even mentioned on page 210 and 211 of this sham of an immigration bill.
There ARE states who are trying to stop this from happening, but we need more states and more state laws to get our federal government from going forward on this travesty which is dangerous for our sovereignty of the USA.

What would make this different from what's already going on? I wouldn't be surprised if Bush has some kind of oil/money scheme with Mexico and is just letting the immigrants in for personal gain.
