A seven-year-old girl is recovering at Riley Hospital after police say she was abducted from her south side apartment and sexually assaulted. Prosecutors say Jonathan Castillo, 27, confessed in court that he committed the crime after drinking at the Capitol Place Apartments Tuesday.
If convicted on all counts, he could face up to 100 years in prison and "possible" deportation as an undocumented alien.
