How come illegals from Mexico always brave in America,but in Mexico remain very meek,mild and submissive?

We had a case in AZ not too long ago. An "undocumented immigrant" family, the hubby kills the wife's parents and takes their children back to Mexico. After encountering the crime scene and determining the guy was the prime suspect and had fled with the children, most likely to Mexico, the AZ law enforcement authorities put out an APB on the guy including notifying Mexican authorities. The Mexican authorities catch the guy and agree to extradite back to AZ. The wife is then quoted saying "I knew my Mexico would come through" or something to that effect. Sympathy was somewhat tempered for her after that. The AZ guys busted their azzes to catch the guy and that's the best she could do to say thanks. By the way for the uninformed a Mexican national could kill 20 people and if undetected immediately could be back in Mexico in little more than two hours.
Edit: Two hours from the Phoenix area, Tucson less than an hour.
Mexico is not politically correct.
La Raza has done a wonderful job for Mexican Citizens. NOT. I am amazed at how boldly they speak against the U.S. here on U.S. soil but not a peep from these invaders about fixing the injustices in their homeland.
They know in the US they won't get killed for what they want. In Mexico they would just end up missing one night and never heard from again.
All talk...no action seems to be their reputation.
