My ant is a U.S citizen and she sponsored my all my family back in 1997. two months ago the immigration start sending my ant and my mom back home document that that they have to filled out, they ask for some fees which we already did pay. Here is the problem, all of my siblings is in the U.S except my little sister ,so can she get through even she will be 21 next month because when we paid the fees we paid for her too, do you think she has a chance to come to the U.S

You need to call USCIS. On the paperwork your aunt would've gotten would be the instructions on who to call. I'm not sure how that works, but it does state very specifically to call if a sponsored child is nearing 21. It must be done before she turns 21! If it doesn't get done before then, her parents will have to wait to petition for her after they get their citizenship. The wait to bring over a son/daughter over the age of 21 is almost 10 years! So, you're looking at about 15 years before she can immigrate unless you call and get that cleared up.
