I do not dislike Mexican People. My best friend and Husband are Mexican. I can not stand the fact that we have millions of illegal Mexicans here in our country. I would feel the same way if we have millions of "illegal"Germans, Irish or Canadians. They are illegal and need to be sent home. When they can apply and come here legally. I will welcome them.

I don't like the fact that our immigration system is being circumvented and ridiculed by illegal immigrants and our government. There are dozens of reasons to control immigration into a country, and every (other) country in the world recognizes and exersizes that goal. The US instead, makes it convenient, irrelevant and soon to be forgiven.
I can only answer for me. I don't dislike Mexicans or any other peoples. I dislike anyone entering, performing, encouraging, or engaging in illegally activity, in the US.

What I hate are people crossing our border undocumented, some with drugs and joining gangs... making our cities worse crime zones and small towns into crime zones just as bad as the cities originally were.

I think that the small minded people who have the idea of America misconstrued spend way to much time worried about Mexicans. It is just a few here- but they seem to be here all the time. Maybe they are mad because they have no jobs to keep them busy and the lost their jobs to Mexicans? Not sure-but they do need to get a life.

Unfortunately there are many USAmericans who have no sympathy whatsoever for our neighbors who are coming here to survive. After all, we left the border open..They are usually Republican voters who are so hateful here towards illegal immigrants, but some dems, too. I am often embarrassed to say I'm from USA because of these hatemongers and people who don't read or learn about the world.
I love Mexico and the people too. Immigrants (legal or not) are not THE big problem in the USA. People often like to "kiss up and kick down", especially when they don't feel powerful themselves, they like to point the finger at someone weaker or poorer than themselves. That's what I call a bully and I wish they would point at some of the political thieves that are really causing the damage now.

It is people very frustrated with the bill in our congress. That bill, I categorically hate. You folks, I'm ok with - fine really, if you are here legally. Illegally, I resent the impact on my kids's schools, but I'd work with legalization if the government were addressing its impacts on us and our families. But that impact is NOWHERE addressed in the debate, and we are furious.
The insults started before I came to this board, but some are trolls really for the 'other side' presenting anti's as impossible to love. Others have had their accounts deleted multiple times for expressing opinions against this bill, due to false 'violations' . Others are probably out and out xenophobes.
Most of us aren't, though.

- when you in illegally - if others can come in legally so can and should you (you as in mexicans)
- drive drunk illegally and kill our good citizens
- come in and take the jobs from americans - i was a prep cook and one day to the next a large amount of mexicans came in 20+ from a "temp" agency and fired many americans. I talked to some of the mexicans and they came into the states the day before. Very shady!

I don't dislike anyone due to their nationality - I dislike them due to their ILLEGAL status. To me, that is a direct slap in the face of the American citizens, and a disrespect for this nation and its laws. Neither of which is excusable.
