I'm polish citizen.My boyfriend is Mexican.We have two kids and we wanna move to UK. we were wondering how to get a visa for him

He'll need sponsorship from an employer, and he would have to have a particular skill or qualification that is needed here. Why on earth do you want to move to the UK?
You would be better off getting him polish citizenship first then there are no bars as a EU citizen
