what happened to OUR $$$ and to our legislature's vote to build this 700+ ft border fence between mexico and the usa?
was the fence built and then got up to go on vacation to washington, in order to see the white house, senate, us mint, wall of american soldiers killed/missing in action in viet nam, and/or the us supreme court building? or was it taken down by illegal aliens under cover of night to place into their junk metal trucks to sell pieces of it to metal recycling centers? or will they use it to build houses? TIME TO MAKE SOME PHONE CALLS!

Excellent question. Why even put a law into place when they would KNOW it would never be enforced and funded?
Did you hear that we are SIX YEARS from a secured border if we are "Lucky" It gets me sick that another nation's security is more important than the USAs!

I'm sorry to say, but that was just a dangling carrot Bush held out for the more gullible conservatives who were starting to get upset over the lack of immigration enforcement.
The government never intended to see it materialize, and it probably never even made it TO the drawing board to begin with.

They were careful not to build what is required by law, otherwise how could they ever say that the Senate bill that would cut it in half is 'strengthening our border?'

They only made that fence thing because congress was closing and they all wanted to get out of there. Its like the end of the school year. We BS all our essays and stuff just so we can escape.
