Would have thought the obvious thing to do would be to contact the Australian Government.
You will need to call the Immigration department in your state. Explain what needs to happen and ask what needs to be done. You may have to actually go into the immigration department yourself and see about getting all the necessary documents.
They should be able to put you on the right track.
