When you try coming back to the country you got deported from, they will not let you in since your info will be found in the database. Basically they will turn you back at the Immigration point and put you back on the plane.
If you are not in the same country when you woke up this morning that you went to bed in, there is your sign. If you are an illegal it should be branded across your forehead to keep you from making the same mistake the next time.
