Do our congressmen consider us "bigots" and "a vocal minority" because we do not want the Z visa bill?

have you ever heard of an organization called "la raza?" la raza means "the race." it is a latino organization. it has a lot of money. it primarily wants to take new mexico, arizona and california back from the united states, to return this land to mexico because it was originally part of mexico.

la raza has paid out millions of dollars to lobbyists to get the "strive act," i.e., the illegal alien as citizens via the "Z visa" act, passed just as it was written by teddy kennedy. or should i say, rather, maybe as it was amended by the secretary of homeland security (!) to remove the provision calling for these illegal aliens, who came over the border any time prior to january 1, 2007, to pay taxes on the money they earned?

is la raza the force behind allowing even felons and mexican gang members who shoot innocent people and kill their fellow american prisoners with "shivs" when in OUR OWN paid prisons to become legal citizens, or is it our congressmen? CONTINUED BELOW:

Answer:
I'm sure they (pro-amnesty/illegals) consider us bigots, fascists, racists, genophobes, ignorant, cruel, heartless, incompassionate, etc. That's usually when the name calling begins, whenever they can't come up with a valid reason as to why we should allow these millions of illegal aliens get permanent citizenship for breaking the law.

Anyone who's not blind to the politics of race could see that latino's voted in racial solidarity during the past election and got rid of non-hispanic politicians who were for securing the sovreignity of America's border with Mexico. Latino's want a latinized America, for America to join the ranks of the plethora of Latin American nations. America and Canada, let's not forget Belize, are the sole outposts of non-hispanic populations in the Americas. The Spanish were better colonizers than the English, more efficient and more racist. Now the USA is their target for colonization. If the borders are not secured, we'll be Mexico's northern province in 50 years. It's a fact latino's voted as a racial group, and that they are for illegal immigration. We Americans can't illegally emigrate to Mexico, but it's OK for Mexicans to illegally emigrate to the USA. What a double standard.

I don't consider the term Mexican to mean a racial group anymore than the term American represents a racial group. But, hispanics, primarily Mexicans, consider themselves to be part of some "brown race" and that makes them racists. This is another reason to secure America's borders, to keep the racists out. Or, do English speaking Americans believe that they can open up the border to every economic refugee that the failed economic policices and political corruption in Latin America produces?

Our leaders not securing our border with Mexico will become their greatest failing in our history, as it wasn't immigration but a cleverly planned Mexican invasion, and our leaders didn't even see it coming, and they failed us.
you are bigots. Gringos can do nothing about MEXiCANS moving into our ancestral home of AZTLAN. This is against the human rights of millions of Mexicans.
your congressmen do.
the GOP is a big fan of illegal immigration. they love the money they get from the corporations that employ illegals.
Not only is it the Leave no illegal behind Act, also the Leave no felon behind Act, as well
It's probably both.I don't know why there is nothing done.where we live near Dalton,GA,a16 year old boy was murdered by 3 Hispanic gang members, last week. The really bad thing about it was that when we elected our county sheriff,he said there were no gangs here.but there has been shootings at the mall. There has also been shooting at local businesses in the daylight. It was not even in the paper until the mall adopted a new policy that children under a certain age was not allowed there without their parents.and a leak got out at the sheriffs office.I wish they would send all the illegals back.I don't care if we all go broke or hungry,it's better than having our children murdered.
Not any more..
The race card is the only card that they have to play, since amnesty is not justified on logical, ethical, moral or economic grounds. And ironically, it's La Raza that is the racial supremacist group, as you clearly detail.
Yep. Warms your heart, doesn't it, what our representatives think of us.

And apparently the negotiator for la Raza in with the Gang of 12 was vehemently opposing 'letting in people from just anywhere in the world' (read Africa) as a reason to oppose the change from strict family to part family part point preferences.
Our Congress has been trying to sell us down the river, so who cares what they think of us. Its obvious what they think of us, they take the under the table kick backs and say to hell with the taxpayers. Apparently most of the Republicans listened as they voted down this amnesty. I think they are slowly realizing, the taxpayers are going to remember how they voted come next election. I think the Americans are fed up with our elected officials in more ways then one. Its past time for us to stand up and be counted since we foot the bill for all this.
How about Itellectually challenged, since they Are the Ones that gave them the money? They want Cheap slave like labor and No real Employment Laws! Since they are responsible for Out sourcing American jobs, consider this: Those that are currently Illegal, once they achieve "The Path To Citizenship" are going to turn right around and Demand Higher and far better wages, benefits, two week paid vacations, Night differential, Cost of Living Increases just to name a few things...

It will serve Greedy Corporate punks, Congress and Senate Right for the way they have in fact CHEATED AMERICANS out of work, Cheated out of decent wages, unemployment and Workmen's Compensation! Trust me they have watched the way other Minorities and women are Still being mis-treated!
Very interesting reading, looks like la raza is another group on my **** list.
Those are just words they use to try and guilt us into going along with what they want. The problem is so many of us have heard those words for so long, it doesn't do anything but make us angrier.

As for la raza, they're just a bunch of racists hell bent on our destruction and their plan fits nicely with Bush's big plans of open borders so ofcourse he supports them.
Why should the U.S. give back what was bought and paid for at a cost of $15,000,000 dollars. Considering the real estate values these days - I can see why a lying band of thieves would want to steal what is not theirs and hasn't been for 100's of years. I think if they want all those states back - come up with the money listed at today's going rate instead of paying lobbyists. La Raza = La Crooks

Here's a short list of who else is involved with La Raza.

Large and small, corporations value NCLR’s mission, work, credibility, and passion for improving opportunities for Hispanics throughout the country. Corporations such as Johnson & Johnson, Bank of America, PepsiCo, Inc., Citigroup, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., State Farm Insurance Companies, Comcast Communications, and Verizon believe that partnering with NCLR – the largest, most influential Hispanic advocacy organization in the U.S. – expands their engagement with the Hispanic community and gives them a direct way to support vital programs that serve the community.

I knew I kept a copy somewhere and here it is as the kicker.

Well isn't this friggin ridiculous? La RATZA should be treated like the TRAITORS they are!?

Deceptive La Raza campaign targets Senate
Call plan lets Spanish-speakers lobby Washington on immigration

A campaign has been set up by a group including La Raza, an organization that advocates for a Mexican takeover of parts of southwestern United States, letting Spanish-speaking people lobby the U.S. Senate directly, even coaching them what English words to use.

And it deceives congressional offices, with a high-tech process that strips away the 800 number people actually call, and forwards to Washington the callers' home numbers, leaving the impression the multitude of calls are not part of an organized effort, WND has learned.

The actual program is being run by the Coalition for Comprehensive Immigration Reform, which calls itself "a campaign … to achieve passage of workable comprehensive immigration reform legislation that serves our nation," and includes the National Council of La Raza as a supporting member.

As WND reported earlier, La Raza was condemned last year by Rep. Charles Norwood, R-Ga., as a radical "pro-illegal immigration lobbying organization that supports racist groups calling for the secession of the western United States as a Hispanic-only homeland."

Norwood has called on La Raza to renounce its support of the Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan – which sees "The Race" as part of an ethnic group that one day will reclaim Aztlan, the mythical birthplace of the Aztecs. In Chicano folklore, Aztlan includes California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and parts of Colorado and Texas.

The new campaign web pages trumpet: "NATIONAL CALL-IN DAYS FOR COMPREHENSIVE IMMIGRATION REFORM."

"Your Senators need to hear your voice urging them to support reform! Support family unity and protecting (sic) our workers. It is ok to call more than once per individual," the promotion continues in its English version.

(Story continues below) "Comprehensive immigration reform is the solution to fixing our broken immigration system, and now is the time to act. Families, workers, and communities across the country are counting on Congress to get it done, get it right, and do it now. You can help make it happen with your call – join the effort!"

Callers' telephone numbers are identified by the CCIR, and they are given a choice of contacting either senator from the state they are calling from. "Tell your senator you won't accept any excuses if they fail to act," callers are told.

Callers then are forwarded to their choice of senators, through the CCIR program which conceals the fact that the calls are part of an organized effort by displaying the caller's original number on Caller ID functions in the Senate offices.

The call even coaches Spanish-speaking callers how to pronounce the following English words when they are connected to the Senate offices: "Support immigration reform that protects families and workers."

Ira Mehlman, whose group the Federation for American Immigration Reform endorses limits on immigration, told WND that the telephone call promotion is part of the publicity campaign being assembled by "the whole illegal alien advocacy network."

"The answer is not to extend quotas to accommodate everyone here, as the president wants to do," he said. "The reason we have limits on immigration in the first place is that we recognize, or ought to recognize that illegal immigration has an impact on everyone."

Immigration changes that simply change the classification of an illegal alien into a legal worker or other term may solve the legal technicalities, but leaves all the other impact problems – on schools, social services and the like – still there to deal with, he said.

He called the campaign "a byproduct of our out-of-control immigration system."

Tara Hendershott, the deputy press secretary for Sen. Wayne Allard, R-Colo., told WND that the office has been getting calls from "individual constituents" regarding the immigration debate. But she was surprised that the programming allows the caller to contact an 800 number and be forwarded to a Senate office and still reflect the original number on Caller ID.

She said Allard does review reports on callers, as well as letters and e-mails. But she said he makes his decisions primarily on what he hears when he visits constituents in Colorado to discuss issues.

A WND reader heard a promotion about the call-in numbers on a radio program.

"These numbers should be … given out to everyone so we can call on those numbers and invalidate them for just illegals," the reader said.
