me and my wife married from last 5 yrs now , i was a international student and she is a citizen ,
i recievd my green card 2 yrs ago , but it is expiring this yr but i already submitted my application for remove the condition on my green card and make it a permanent one , but its processing right now
but my wife is tellign me she doesnt want to live with me any more . so is it ok if we get seperated right now or shuld i wait for the green card to come and then we get divorced , because my wife is pissing me off and threatening me plz

the same thing happened with my husband and his ex , its better for you to wait.
It seems you have a BIG problem Go find yourself an attorney becuase chances are your wife can mess up your chances of getting your green card permanent.

My ex-husband and I went through the same thing. His two year card was expiring as we were splitting up. I went to the renewal appointment with him to explain things and there was no issues with it. As long as you are getting divorced for legitimate reasons, it will not affect your status. She would have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you were married for the sole purpose of you obtaining residency here in the US in order for you to lose your residency. As long as at the time the marriage happened, you both believed it to be for love then there should be no problem. Good luck!
