I want to work in UK following the completion of a post-grad degree.?

So, I'm an American who is going to finish my Msc soon. I heard that following the completion of this degree the UK fast-tracks people who want to stay in the country for residency-- if they apply and fill out paperwork and stuff. Does anyone know anything about this? Any good websites?
