Why not make it a crime to enter the US without a Visa?

It is against the law. Anyone here with out a visa over 30 days is a crime. The President signed that law in 1986, and it clearly states that if you hire an illegal and know it, you will be fined $1,000,000. There are many laws on the books about being here over 30 days and not registering. If the panty wearing LIBERAL DEMS would enforce these laws, our country would be much better off. Another thing, there was a law passed about 1 month ago that NOW MAKES IT LEGAL TO ARREST ILLEGAL PEOPLE. What the hell is this country coming to? Another question, for these so called smart people. We have homeland security, CORRECT? These people crossing the border are terrorist, Correct? Mr President, please tear down the fence, and replace it with MINE FIELDS, they are much more effective and will serve there purpose. Has anyone looked at the FBI"s most wanted?? Hmm where did they come from?? Not US citizens I believe.
ok, cool, let's make it retroactive too, so that people who are here now, whose parents and grandparents came illegally according to the laws of the Natives have to work off the fine too.

It already is a crime. Our government officials are failing us by not enforcing laws that we told them we wanted.
Besides, we don't need a wall we have satellites and mines and something called the "National Guard."
The real problem is that SOMEONE is letting them into the country, against our wishes and against our laws and they are doing it for the money.
This is known as corruption.
Don't vote for anyone who will sell out their own country for money.
