It's a really great idea, albit a rehash of an idea I had some years ago. Given that an awful lot of people see Britain as a good alternative to their home country, why not let all (for instance) West Indians come here - we'll just do a swap.

In which country to you propose to set up these reservations - USA - UK or a n other? Frankly rather think Americans should be limited to a reservation - and get out of world politics altogether - let them have wars at home and keep out of the rest of the world. We might enjoy some peace at alst if Americans were kept in a reservation within the US borders.
