I am living illegally in France, will anything happen to me when I go back to the US?

My three months are up and I plan to go back to America in January with my french lover. I want to know what will happen when I leave France to come to the US or if anything will happen when I arrive back to the US. I have my name on the Electricity bill, but I need to show proof that we have been together for one year. And so far its only been six months my name is on the French electricity bill. I am planning on getting my carte de sejour but like i said i have to prove Ive been with my lover which is french for one year. But in january I plan to live back in the US, anyone have any advice for this? thank you

Answer:
A rock and a hard place. One thing is for sure, you will not be able to enter Europe again.
you just wont be able to come to europe again. if you go back home. why the hell would u want to live in france anyway.

If you're American the US won't do anything to you except say "welcome home" (this may be in Spanish depending on where you land ^_^ ). They don't care where you go as long as you have a valid American passport when you return.

The only problems you have are the fact that you are currently illegally living in France. I suppose if you get stopped you can easily say that you came in from Britian/Spain/insert name of EU country and are just passing through.

PS French lovers are good ones.
You will turn into a TROLL!
If you are living illegally in France, you are still an American citizen...you will need a passport and ID to prove it. She will have to become a US citizen... I'm assuming that she is a French citizen. You will only be in trouble if the French government catch you before January...
