What is the deal about laws against illegal aliens?

Every illegal alien is a criminal. If you knowingly help one, you are committing a serious crime.
My problem is with the outright hypocrisies of the laws many of them are legislated against illegals but there are little or no laws against the facilitators. The business owners. I support laws that will shut down or heavily fine business owners who hire them but people are not making those laws.

The ACLU and Hispanic legal groups are suing cities and states that pass laws against illegal aliens. They say they are doing this for two reason's. One, because only the federal govt has the authority to regulate immigration policies, and two, to prevent discrimination against Hispanics.
I believe the first reason is bogus, as the Constitution allows any law to be passed by the states or cities that does not interfere with any federal law or the U.S. Constitution. As for preventing discrimination against Hispanics, these laws are not passed specifically to prevent Hispanic illegals from staying in our communities, they are passed to prevent all illegal aliens from staying in our communities and states.

Maybe it IS Time to Start IMPEACHMENT PROCEDURES for those that are going Against Americans and American Interests! Where are those Petitions? Get that Wall started and fund it by confiscating everything they have! They won't enforce our laws, they fight legislation protects citizens and they fight against the law abiding citizens of this country.
