Also, many of these folks have been helpful in fighting terror and have to some degree saved the lives of American soldiers. Reward: citizenship. Safety for the fam. etc. Encourages others to do the same. Makes sense to me.
Also, we have to do something to counterbalance the huge numbers of illegal Mexicanos here. It just doesn't look right.
Other immigrants countries maybe 50% Legally admitted Mexicanos 50% ...then of course you add the Approx. 20 million illegals, mostly from Mexico.
Doesn't really make much sense if you are a country that supposedly wants to do things in balance and control.

Double-Standard. Of course this has always been around, but ever since Bush took office, the public has been noticing more and more of this. Why not grant asylum for folks suffering in Mexico too? They suffer some of the great hardships too.

Uh, WE are the REASON they need asylum. Better them who are wanting to be here then the illegal aliens who Bush is giving amnesty to. Illegal aliens usually live 20+ to ONE small house and don't pay taxes. I just had a neighbors family who are illegal aliens end up getting evicted because of their not paying county taxes on the house...this is a prime example about how crooked the illegal aliens are and how they don't WANT to be here in the first place...they don't respect our laws.
