Illegal immigration is a crime.
Well I'm Mexican. I don't believe in illegal emmigration but at the same time I know the necessities that my people have in my country. The rich gets richer and the poor well still poor. I know is not right what many of my people are doing crossing the border with out legal status but would you wait 10 years to fix your legal status when your kids are starving and not getting an education. I know my excuse doesn't make it right but is just reality.

I believe that George W. Bush had amnesty in mind for a long time and the reason is because of his 'Private Social Security Accounts'. I believe that he knew that he would try amnesty for the illegal aliens and add the 12,000,000 or 14,000,000 new social security enrollees by the year 2040! That's the new social security proposition that he presented and it was rejected by the American people.
Unfortunately, however it seems that he has the backing to introduce legislation that may just pass that will include amnesty for the illegal aliens.
This will have a tremendous impact on the future Social Security program for people who retire in 2040 because the average age of the illegal aliens is 32 years old.
Schools and hospitals will be impacted by the millions of new enrollees.
We need to enforce currant immigration laws and provide better security along our borders.

we are a nation of immigrants. everyone should be allowed to come in.. but I think we need to change our Welfare laws, not only for immigrants/illegals but for all using the service, so that people can only have 2-3 children while on Welfare. If we do that and get comprehensive sex education in our schools our country could take the chance on safely allowing more people in without that huge financial burden being layed down on it and it is one of the reasons, population control/poverty.
Well, I think it's illegal so I am not too fond of it. I am all for legal immigration, I myself am a legal immigrant. But we have immigration laws for reason, we can't let every single person come into America as they damn well please. If we do we end up with criminals and possibly terrorists who harm society. I think we should build the wall and deport as many illegals as we can.

What about Illegal do you not understand? You want respect and to be treated fairly, then do things Legally. If ILLEGALS have been treated unfairly it has been by their own Government. A nation IS home to that nation's citizens. The nation belongs to them. Just as a homeowner decides who can enter their home, a nation's citizens decide by passing laws, who can enter THEIR nation. Those who enter a nation with the consent of that nation are guests. Those who enter by sneaking in, or hiding after they are supposed to leave, are the equivalent of burglers or home invaders. It's a basic question- "Who does a nation belong to, the citizens, or any person that wants to live there?"
