No , they will not be issued in 24 hrs, maybe five to ten yrs down the road. As long as this takes, it is better to go back home and start legal process.

What I don't get is if they will give Visa's after 24 hours how will they know if the person did a crime. Most illegal change their Identiļ¬cation or steal it from someone else, then there is the fact that most only have finger prints our system(s). You did see the S right most just change states so how can all that come back in 24 hours
If the current comprehensive bill being considered is passed, yes, it is true. Regardless of the fact that there will be millions of applications.the background check must be completed in 24 hours.if the check is unable to be completed within that time frame of 24 hours, the person will be given approval and proceed with their visa application. Since we don't have direct access to the information required from other countries to complete a check in 24 hours this part of the bill (and other parts, also) is a FARCE...and those behind the bill know this.if the computers went down and no checks could be done, the bill allows them to proceed.
Yes,it is absolutely 100% true. How do they expect to do a complete background check on millions of people within 24 hrs? We will be giving legal status to alot of criminals because we just can't do a proper check. A major defect in the new bill.
