No number to call. You can't just "call" immigration unless it's the police and there's a hold house. Chill out, have a burrito.
to deport someone is the feds job. buts as you know they are doing nothing. you could try the I.N.S. just call information for the number. it will be hard to deport. we you do call have his first an last name, adress. call you local police dept, then your congressman. this might seem a ittle much, you need to talk to the big fishes.

How do you know he's illegal? Generally speaking, people who are here illegally and then get arrested are reported to ICE by the police department. ICE is supposed to put a detainer on people like that and they cannot be released on a state or municipal bond. After that, they are put in removal proceedings. However, in small counties, people like that do tend to slip through the cracks. If he's illegal and doing bad things as you suspect he is, his illegal ways will catch up to him and ICE will at least eventually get to him.
