You should have wrote, please do not answer my question. I would guess that the majority are pro. It takes energy to hate and most of the ANTIs are haters. Most normal people do not like to be hating all the time.

The majority of America sides with pros because America includes South, Central, and North America.
Here again the question is "why would any American Citizen be in favor of "illegal" immigration.

Most Americans are pro-immigration. It's just illegal immigration that really sets us off and let's be real...it's all the Mexicans that treat the US-Mexican border like it's State street in Bristol, VA-TN.
I assume you're referring to amnesty. Most people (about 60%) are in favor of a path to legal status if certain prerequisites are met.

First off...my brother shared his profits with his other employees. It wasn't a large business...it was small...enough to keep his family financially secure as well as his employees!

Anti illegal immigration. Pro guest worker program to people who have not entered illegally if it is handled right. Pro deportation. anti amnesty.

Amen Kermit. I'm sure all immigration posters know my ideals. Illegals are illegal. The majority of all Americans are anti illegal. If they aren't they are either in love with one or are an employer of one. There is no justifiable reason to be a Pro.

Let me say that most of America is Anti-illegal immigration. I'm not. Illegal immigrants is always narrowed down to Mexicans. It's racist. How are they taking away from us Americans? When they pay taxes, and cant get tax refunds!. Some are welfare, but are there Only Mexicans on welfare? Doubt it!

A MAJORITY of Americans Oppose ILLEGALS 70 to 80%. Look what Small town America is doing all over the USA passing laws to send Illegals PACKING. If the federal government refuses to remove them average Americans will.

You already know the answer to this, Mendi! The overwhelming majority of Americans is against illegal immigration, is for enforcing the laws, and is for sealing our borders!
There is a political gap in this country that is widening every day. Just read the posts on this site. We can't agree. We are either for or against. If the majority felt one way or the other, we wouldn't be fighting about this online.
I admit that I have strong feelings about immigration. I will continue fighting about this, but I do wish that people could logically spell out one way or another why they feel so strongly about their position. Many people cannot get past the insults to try to give a logical opinion about why they feel the way that they do. If we continue to insult each other, we are never ever going to close the gap. On the contrary, we are just going to widen it.
Anti's. Look at the two out of three vote margin supporting those Arizona referendums, and every anti-illegal referendum in Colorado passed as well. NOBODY ran on a platform of amnesty and open immigration.
Pro's believe it or not.You just don't here as much about the people who's for it.All you hear about is the people who are against it.
Most Americans don't care, and are very little into politics. If you are talking about the American continent, then the majority are pro. Everyone but our fellow Americans knows how our government has provoked illegal immigration by taking an imperialist stance with Latin American countries. Based on this FACT, the anti illegal idelogy is unfair and stupid:
1) Invade their countries
2) Drain their resources
3) Control their industries
4) If they try to escape their poverty, deport them!
