Should I report this person and the employer, if so how??

My neighbor asked me to let him borrow my social security number so he could work for some restaurant. I really felt uncomfortable because I dont know this guy and his family. A few weeks later he is working at that restaurant. I live in Texas and alot of employers hire illegal immigrants. And I know that there is places where you can get fake IDs.
I dont have nothing against this guy but the fact that he just asked me out of no where really bothered me.

To report any suspicious activity please call 1-866-347-2423. Emailed reports of suspicious activity or "tips" are not accepted at this time.

While you're at it - report where they get the illegal/fake ID's too.
Get over it. Go ask him for a discount at the restaurant. He doesn't have your social, so why complicate yours and his life?
more social security for you when time comes. Why should you care?He can't use it for loans or credit cards sense they ask questions like your moms maiden name and all.Do what makes you feel like a man. Liar story
Yes. I think you should report him and his employer. I certainly would. Consider that, regardless of how he obtained the Social Security number, that too is a crime -- fraud.
Just say No...
My boyfriend lost his wallet several months ago and he hasn't reported it (social sec.) since using it would mean zeal to him. For not having been the poster child of an innocent life. Though he still is able to obtain an income but 'cash' just as anyone who is able to humble themselves to do work like: (groundskeeping,housekeeping,p... work, etc.) Anything that does not require clerical skills/or office work. But that all people need at one point or another!
Demand is cash money and no taxes since to do would only mean doing stacks of clerical office work. And really confusing and senseless wasted time! So whether illegals or legals need to have a social is really if one will be working indoors!
That sounds really wierd. Is that guy all there in the head? You don't seem to have a really personal relationship with this guy or anything.Hmmm, maybe he wasn't being serious. Not too many illegals go around asking people for ss#'s,ya know.Anyways...no I'd not report him.I mean,he hasn't really done anything to you or your family. But thats my opinion.Live and let live and mind my own business.

Did you ask him WHY he asked you for your number?Seeing as how he doesn't really know you and all...I'd ask him.
'yes turn him in, you should not even have to ask that!! if he did not use your #, then this criminal stole someone else's!! he should be jailed then deported and they wonder why we don't want these criminals here!!
Look in the White Pages of your phone book and look up the Federal govt. offices in your area. Give the Dept. of Immigration and Naturalization a call. The fact that he used someone elses SSN is fraud. That is an easy step to identity theft. He can and should be prosecuted on this alone.
In my opinion the business that hired him should be shut down. However, lets be realistic. He is probably doing a job that most Americans would feel is beneath them. But that is another soap box all together.
