Answer:
Yes I would. And I imagine one would when they report illegals or suspected illegals.
Since questions and answers so often get removed. I suggest everyone who wants this info to copy and paste to a wordpad, notepad of that sort for safe keeping.

Immigration does not handle that the IRS does its called tax fraud.
Yes it is illegal to hire illegal aliens and you can report the company.
I just don't know who you would report them to though.
But when you find out you should report the company for doing that because not only are they breaking the law but they are using those people and exploiting them as legal slavery.
