If you come here and you can prove that you are the best person for job .. YOU will get it.
You look young enough to be able to come here on a work Visa, older people may have trouble getting a visa but we are looking for skilled and educated people.

Wish I knew. A friend of mine (who sort of looks like you) fell in love with Oz several years ago, kept going back and trying to get something going, and no luck. They do a lot to protect their existing labor force.
