Question that has been in my head for a bit?
Answer:
As I understand it the child whould have citizenship in the country in which it was born.
That would mean the child would be a US Citizen.
Legal issues are interesting.
Nothing belongs to anybody. It's only on loan.
lol. i guess because it is a constitutional law that if ur born in this country ur a citizen... hhaha funny quesitont hough
no0
either way the united states will give them money cause thats what we do!
14th Amendment says that all persons born in the U.S. (legal status of mother is irrelevent) are citizens of the U.S.

I guess technically it would be a U.S. citizen but there wouldn't be a real way for the woman to prove it. Now if she had it in a U.S. hospital then it would probably have a better chance of being considered a citizen.
What a wild imagination! Nothing else to think of?
Did the baby hit it's head? Is it brain damaged?
Sounds like you have to much time on your hands
If at the time the baby fell as it was coming into the world and it fell on U.S. soil my answer would be ...U.S. Citizen.
They are called Anchor Babies, it is a common practice for illegals to come here and have babies so they are guaranteed citizenship.
a Dr has to witness it.they can't just take the word of people who say the baby fell on the American or mexican side. lol.
Thats a pretty nice question sorry I don't really know but I would asome that it would be a US person..
but then wouldn't that make the mother to?
The baby is a natural-born U.S. citizen.
Now here is one for you Cons in the audience:
If you are against abortion at any stage of development of the embryo/fetus, then if two illegal immigrants had sex in the US, but were then deported, but a child was conceived as a result of the sex act in the US, should the embryo/fetus be a US citizen? If life begins at conception, don't the same rights to live, as rights to citizenship, apply?
You are supremely stupid in your scenario . Learn to write well, as a good American citizen should. If it were you landing on the Mexican side (and I knew prophetically it was you) I'd throw you back (someone would ideally catch you).
are you dumb by choice?
that could never happen. it's another one of you "anti-illegals" dumb questions just to have some other idiots try to answer it and think they have made a point. HEY you are wasting you time thinking too much about "illegal immigrants." it's not good for you, your hate will keep getting worse and then what?
No. Since 2006 the ammendment for citizenship has been revised. No child born in the US is considered a legal US citizen if the parent is an illegal immigrant. Check out the revisions to the 14th Ammendment and other revisions to the Constitution and Ammendments.
