How can my aunt get a green card?
I sit back and watch and notice that it is tough! I couldn't do the things that she does and I don't know any of my friends or coworkers that would do it either. I feel bad that she has to do things that most of us won't do and its simply lack of permission to be here.
Can any one help me on suggesting where I should start. She is clueless and needs to be informed.
Answer:
Just wrap her illegal drivers license in green paper, and tell her its a green card. Really, she needs to back, and then apply to enter the United states.
Best thing you can do for her and for yourself is get "Legal consultation".
What you are doing is looking for abuse and disrespect.
She has legal problem and she should seek legal opinion so that there is no misunderstanding in what to do and what to expect.
You feel bad? Imagine if it was your HUSBAND not your aunt.
Did she have a visa and it expired?
If not there's nothing she can do. NOTHING.
I'm a U.S. citizen and I can't do **** for my HUSBAND who came when he was TWO years old.. you can't do anything for her.
If she had a Visa which expired she has many options.
