I have dual citizenship with spain, and I would rather live there. but if i move there, I want to drop my citizenship here. How do I go about this?
Answer:
Fly to Spain and go to the nearest American consulate or embassy. Ask for a consular officer and witness as you wish to renounce your citizenship. They will get some papers, you will hand over your passport, and renounce your citizenship, you will be escorted to the street, where you will be 100% Spanish.
