My mom was DEPORTED from the U.S. , when can she come back???

Okay my mom was deported from the U.S. in 2001, when the hell can she come back??? she wasn't a citizen of America, but that wasn't the reason, she had a green card and yes it was legal. I think she was deported for failing to appear in court and stuff. I heard that it was gonna take 10 years for a person who was deported to come back to the U.S. , but i don't know I just don't want her to come back in 2011, that's too long.

Answer:
Hey, she knew the rules. She has no one to blame but herself.
then tell her to just stay her *** where she is!!!
We don't want criminals here...(you did say "failure to appear in court", right?)
Well I guess she should made her court appearance.
We have laws and they MUST be followed now she is paying the price and unfortunately you have to pay for her mistake as well.
I do sympathize 10 years is a long time not see your mother.
Next time I bet she'll go to court.
Depends on the actual reason as to why she was deported. It would take a pretty heafty crime to have your greencard revoked. failure to appear would most likely not get her deported, there has to be more going on. If you woud like to elaborate a little about the situation maybe i can tell you more.
there is more to your story, than failing to appaer in court??? there are lots of illegals who do not show up for court and all they get is a bench warrant, rearressted and released.

Am assuming you're not a minor or else you would be in foster care. So if your old enough go visit her, find solutions and quit whining on here.

safe flight
I believe that failing to appear in court is a felony, therefore she will not be allowed back into the United States ever.

"she wasn't a criminal, she didn't go see her parole officer, she couldn't go to court"
I do not know any body who has a parole officer who is not a criminal.

Go to the islands and see her !!!!!!!!!
Very sorry to hear that... If you don't mind me asking, what kind of court she missed? It probably was immigration court, right? They don't like that. But if she had no criminal case, she could try to reapply. What country was she from? If it was a Middle Eastern country, its difficult now. BUT I STRONGLY ADVISE she applies again NOW to enter because in a lot of cases its only a 5 year bar from entering. Also, how about your dad? Is he a citizen? He can assist your mom in coming back - he has 2 file a petition. But anyways, tell her to apply ASAP and see what they say .
Good Luck!!!!!!
You and your family should join your mom in her country of origin.
