Me and my husband have serious immigration problem and i really dont know what to do.I am a Bulgarian citizen he is south African we were living very fine until a had my sister in big trouble (she lives in Spain) and we decided we would come to help. She was going to check what is the situation for my husband here in Spain and she let us know that there is no problem at all as she said local authorities have said that because i am Bulgarian i could get residence and even if my husband is overstayed his shengen visa i will be able to get him documents but she skip to tell me that i would need to have a job in Spain with contract and right of work to do that..so i found out this 2 days ago when we went to apply for him as i was waiting for my residence which is with no right of work..He is now overstayed 5 months and i really need someone to tell me what is the best way to go about it is there any chance i could get visa for Bulgaria with him being illegal here.On top of it my sister

Answer:
If you speak Spanish, maybe you should post this in Spain's forum. A Spanish person might be able to help you better. If you can't speak or write Spanish then email me and I can help you translate your question. Other than that, sorry I couldn't help more.
you need help alright, dunno here? http://suicidehotlines.com/international...
Bulgaria..dont they have fantastic caviar. When you do stupid things you get in trouble. They will not shoot you so go to your embassy.

How bout hooking a little for some scratch?
Stop the nonesense with suicidal thoughts. You won't help anyone by commiting suicide. Try to contact a Iawyer for assistance, or maybe someone you (or your sister) know in Spain for that work contract you need. My lucky guess is that since you are a Bulgarian citizen, you could ask for a Bulgarian residence for your husband. At least that's the way it is in here in the States. Best of the luck!
wow, im confused
I am not sure what country you both lived in before you went to Spain. Maybe you should both go back together an start over again with your lives. Call both of your embassies if you must get more information. Maybe you can work in Spain and worry about your husbands immigration a bit later, he has already overstayed so a month or two longer won't make much difference in the end. Relax, it will work out somehow if you get too emotional about things you will make a wrong desicion good luck, don't worry.
