Its one idea, may be good size canal (depth and breath) it can be done with the help of modern technology. and once we finish that project we need crock or shark farming there. and if a dealer or molester or killer illegal gets caught just throw them into that canal.or even dirty politicians. just kidding.

but the idea is unique.
