Actually, I know several individuals of non-white ethnicity who have immigrated here legally who get upset about illegal immigration.
They feel its unfair that they followed the correct procedures and jumped through all the appropriate hoops, while other people are trying to bypass all of that.
The illegals don't bother me. They certainly manicure my lawn better than I ever could.

Anybody who pays taxes and hates someone else not having to but should or taking their job because they can be paid less than the American that is what makes people upset... I have no problem when people come to our country and get a Visa or what ever it takes to work here... that is great... that is what America is about... I'm african american and I'm going to tell your striaght up, we don't care about illegals because were to worried about ourselves. We are to worried about how we are going to look in a fresh pair jordans or air force ones because personally I don't even think about illegals. As long as we get paid, get our hair and nails done, a fresh hair cut, get a fresh pair of shoes, and nobody bothers use, every thing is cool to us. because honestly I havent heard any of my african american friends complain about illegals

I do not think that it is any one group that gets irritated. Although I do not know the best solution to what many view as a problem, there does need to be some revision to policy and people that are here should be given some priority. ALL people should be treated with respect!

I work in the hospitality industry with people from 22 different countries (Mexico, Spain, France, Germany, Russia, Poland, Hungary, Italy, England, Scotland, Ireland, El Salvador, Peru, Nicaragua, India, Iran, Pakistan, Ethiopia, Brazil, Argentina, Belize and the Philippines). .
They are ALL here legally. They ALL are irritated about illegals. They are of all different races and nations of origin, but they all took the time to come to America legally, and they do not appreciate others who do not have that same courtesy.

For me, I want them to do it legally just because sets a bad precedent to allow them in here illegally. But mostly, I worry about the working conditions of the illegals being used up and spit out by american businesses.
They have no protections, OSHA cannot protect them, if they get hurt what happens to them? If they get sick and can't work, what happens to them?
They can't get workman's comp, they have no maternity leave, sick pay, vacation days, etc. They get employed to do stuff that most americans won't under conditions we refuse to work under...
Its not only white Americans, but thats what the media wants you to believe. They want you to think we are racists. Just look at the facts and use common sense. Although a lot of black folks I know are hard-working people, there are a lot of them that could care less about working for a living because government has set up several entitilement programs for them. Now, millions of other people are coming into this country for the purpose of getting free EVERYTHING. Plus, I almost forgot, they are ILLEGAL!They do not respect our laws. They bring diseases into our country, and if the problem persists, America will become a third world nation. There are other immigrants that go through the proper channels to become legal citizens who are much more deserving. Would you want someone living next to you who respects our laws, or someone who does not respect them? Good question, by the way.
