Is there any waiver for a person who has been deported from the U.S. on drug charges?

Answer:
I have several friends who are in that predicament-they have had their laser cards taken away and would have to go through the long process again in order to get a new one but several were told they would have to get a Presidential Pardon to re enter the USA> And grow up you butt heads that are so high and mighty on illegal drugs while you give the pills to your kids for ADD and take your sleeping pill at night-give me a break who the hell do you think are buying those drugs -Mexicans?
hope not!!
keep them illegal criminals out!
If there is then that's a bunch of BS!
I don't know but that is a serious offense considering he or she probably didn't share with our jacked up government! He or She might be able to buy their way back into the country!
I would hope not. Of course when we deport an illegal he may beat the INS agent back up here, drug dealer or not.
I hope not - we certainly don't need any more drug dealers here.
NOPE
If you mean to let him into the US, I sure hope not! Why should we waive requirements for a criminal (besides the fact that he was a criminal for being here)!?

He's got at least two strikes against him - drugs and illegal alien criminal!
Yes we keep waving you good riddance.
If deported as an aggravated felon, no. I don't think there is a waiver. The only one is if returning as a non-immigrant.
it is called jail
LEGAL IMMIGRANTS CAN FIGHT DRUG-RELATED DEPORTATIONS

High Court Rules State Crimes Not Grounds for Automatic Expulsion

Legal immigrants convicted of possessing drugs aren't subject to mandatory deportation, even if their convictions are felonies under state law, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled Tuesday.

"The court is saying people with drug-possession offenses who are now contributing members of society should have a chance to stay in the country, based on their rehabilitation," said Jayashri Srikantiah, a Stanford law professor who filed arguments in the case on behalf of national civil rights and immigrants' rights groups
