marriage fraud is not a immigration thing, and im sure they would not get amnesty (also no one ever offered amnesty, its a worker program) and as far as dui, that does not keep you from qualifying for residency in teh first place, only crimes of hate.

The congress is working on immigration law changes that give opportunity for illegal immigrants to be a legal aliens. Some of them will get the "Guest worker" and some will have chance to be permanent residency. Both parties agree that families should be able to stay together.
This is not a pardon from President of America. Overstayed visa, denied asylum, and undocumented migration may be forgiven ,but the criminal conduct such as fraud , DUI (Criminal case) won't be.
They are also working on very tough laws for employers who hire illegals as a part of the law change.
