Watch Lou Dobbs on CNN. He talks about it daily on his program. There are many towns in the U.S. that are in the process of initiating ordinances against illegal immigrants. The first case in Hazelton (not sure what state) will be decided sometime in May but will be appealed until it goes to the supreme court.
Hazelton's mayor claims his town is going bankrupt and is so crime ridden that they must take steps to get the illegals out of their town. The ACLU and other organizations have taken the matter to court saying the ordinances against illegals are unconstitutional. It may be that our congress is going to let this matter be decided by the supreme court.
In the meantime, I wonder just who is coming across the border.
Mexico has no obligation to protect our border for us that is our job and perhaps if you could convince the BP to stop taking bribes to let them through then it might be a bit different and then if you convince congress to introduce reasonable legislation that allows for some type of legal immigration they might not need agents to begin with.

A lot of it has to do with political correctedness. People blame the fact that many majority-minority areas have more crime on everybody but the people who actually commit these crimes. This is no longer a nation that holds people responsible for their own actions: it's always someone else's fault and there's no such thing as right and wrong anymore. Another reason is greedy CEOs who make millions by paying their workers less than minimum wage. They say that the country couldn't survive without their labor, but they don't tell you that many of their workers don't pay taxes, send their children to public school, and even get welfare. For every penny they put into the system, they take five dollars out.
