You just want to stay on a permanent vacation? Save up a lot of money and then retire there
You'll need to do a comprehensive search on through the Internet. I say comprehensive because you'll need to know the "In's and outs" if any. For starters, you won't get too far without a Passport so I'd start working on that ASAP! Then, take it from there. Good luck.
