If they Unionize I know Kennedy and likes will be behind them!
Unions don't seem to think so, as they tend not to support Amnesty. They will, however, be able to demand the same sorts of legal protections as American workers now enjoy, and that, alone, will put the screws to many of thier employers.
And if they could unionize in Mexico they wouldn't need to come here to begin with.
They are already are so giving them legalization will make it worse.
