America won and paid for the California and lands in the southwestern United States, (and we are still paying, in terms of benefits and such for all the Mexican illegals) You said so yourself. Now, lets pretend that we didn't, that those lands still belonged to Mexico. There still would not have been any "Future Domination of North America" because Mexico cannot control the land and people they do have, much less a much larger area. It is well known that Mexico is one of the most polluted, disease ridden and politically corrupt nations in the world. If Mexico had more land, that means there would be just a larger dump for the rest of the world to clean up.

Israel more than double in size during the 6 day war, Chile took lands from Peru Bolivia and Argentina in war, the US took land from Spain, Mexico and many others in war. The US has control of Polynesia, Micronesia, Oceania as the Victor in WWII. To the victor go the spoils, it's always been like that.
