How does an illegal immigrant manage to land himself a job as a police officer with the Milwaukee police dept.

I'll tell you how, by stealing the identity of his dead cousin! Now for the real question, what if anything should be done to this guy and why? Before you answer here are a few facts. First, he was not a dirty cop he was a good cop. Second, it is a felony to assume someone else's identity, its also a felony for an illegal to possess a firearm. Third, every time he appeared in court to testify in a case and he stated his fake name for the record he committed purgery. Fourth, any case or arrest he was involved in since becoming a cop in 2004 could be called into question by even the dumbest public deffender. Finally, heres the best part now since being caught he was put on administrative leave and continues to collect a pay check and receive his full benefits all at the expense of the tax payers while this is being "handled". So, I ask again what in your opinion should be done with or to this guy and why?

What a fkn mockery to our laws...what the hell else do you expect...big deal - good cop...he has already wavered his honesty.he needs to get out that lemon - he can't be trusted!
Even if he was the Mayor, he should be deported. But, that won't happen.
he should spend time in prision and after that he should get deported.

Well, if the Senate bill passes he'll get amnesty. So will Elvira Arellano.

Unlike last year's bill this one doesn't leave out those who have or ignored deportation orders or reentered illegally.

First of all, CANCEL HIS PAYCHECKS! Then either put him in our prisons, or ship him back to Mexico where he belongs. No wonder we cant enforce our laws at the border with illegals working in the system. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!
I think he should serve a great deal of prison time, have everything he owns be confiscated as proceeds of crime, and then be deported with a permanent ban on ever being allowed into the country again.
