it didn't but, you will continue to have "illegal" up in your face since no one did anything about it. I am American and all I have to say is that the this battle we lost but there will be more to come and all those 12 million people will seen a bright future.
and i know people are going to say that they broke the law, they are leeches, the are criminals, but so what if they came here to live a better life. what is that to you? you can't deport them all, and you can't keep them illegal.
I'm happy it didn't pass. We'll never get rid of all the illegals but they need to go through the system like everyone else. We do need tougher border patrol.
I will jump with joy if it fails and they start deporting illegal mex's back to mex.
