Without all the lib/con bashing give some realistic answers to our immigration issues!?

Mexico sends some 100,000 who upon getting off of trains and buses find they are unwelcome by locals no matter where they go.
The Japanese who had tilled the fileds having been intured in concentration camps were no longer the ones Californians could look down upon so of course the mexicans were next in line.
Hearst to sell papers immediately began a hate watch by hyping mexcican gangs and crimes and the populace as a whole responded in kind by beating mexicans closing off neighborhoods to cross travel by them and limiting them to the poorer sections of citys like San Diego San Francisco and Los Angeles.
It culminated in the infamous Zoot Suit riots in Los Angeles where the white citizenry worked into a frenzy raided the mexican neighborhoods, led by US navy personel on a rape and pillage week long rampage that led to the arrest of many latinos and the chasing across the border many more times the number of mexicans than had come to help in our war needs.
Today when American corporations not mainly agri firms to begin with but super chain food stores Safeway etc. found that by bribing Mexican officials they could steal vast acerage of farmlands from poor mexican farmers and under our NAFTA and Greater Andean treatys we drove local farmers in Latin America out of their livlihoods.
the once available jobs in farming in US had almost disapeared by new harvesting techniques and less dependent upon manual labor left only the low pay backbreaking jobs provided by US industrys such as still in farming chicken plants farming butcher shops catfish farms and of course the service industry, mowing lawns and other menial labor.
That this all coincided with less availble well paying jobs in american industys that had since fled to overseas base has caused a lot of problems as the manufacturing job fillers of Us citizens were in actuality no smarter than the mexican laborer and they have to compete for low paying jobs.
Health care cost as cited by us buisness interest and the leser availability of American whites to free medical of course puts all the blame on the easiest scapegoat, the mexicans.
Never mind the largest drain on low cost healthcare is by single parent white women,over 85% of those reciveing such and even those who are working in insured jobs are white, it is easier to blame the mexicansas causing cost to raise.
It was not until the 1960's and early seventys that Latinos actually began to feel powerfull enough to even demand equal school funding.
The school funding issue was settled not buy adult latinos who were too afraid of speaking out but by of all things high school students, who just plain walked out of the schools.
enter Hugo Chavez a mexican farm worker representative who finally got enough guts and backing to try and get latinos farm owrkers to at least be treated as humans and not like lowly animals
More beatings by whites and not by just farm owners but anyone who wanted to beat a mexican again found a nice willing populace to allow them to do so.
Today we once again look at the latinos as an easy scapegoat for a vastly changing world that is impacting upon the everyday lives of not ust Amerians but the latinos as well.
Americans no longer have the capacity to keep a strong economy going for the leser educated masses tha tuserd to fill the industrial sector jobs, US industrial firms are in the main now owned by overseas entitys, almost all of california farmlands is foreign owned, a very few US agri busines, again mainly foreign owned stockholder firms, own the rest of food supply means and have to import most of it.
Instead of looking at the ones who caused the loss of Amrican enterprise and the failure to better manage it we look for an easy target to blame, the mexicans .
What is happening is that the american worker , especially the uneducated, is now in same boat as mexicans who live in mexico, working for a very few people at the top of food chain.
The one big difference tho is in culture, family unity of Latinos over Americans. Willing to work for less and understrandign what real poverty is the l;atinos are more connected and when an economic oportunity arises , yes many below what Americans want even their children to earn pocket money doing, a mexican will take the job , to survive.
Does this cause a loss of wages to the overall economy. darn right it does but it is not the mexicans fault as our economic policys set in place by politcos with corproate interest at heart have deliberatly placed both the mexican immigrant and the american populace in harms way.
The United States of fifty years ago is long dead, sold out by our borrowing to keep a vastly ineffecient system viable to foreign loans and now by seloing out our ever cheapening work force to compete with lower wage earners overseas.
So bad have they led us down this tract that auto makers such as Mercedes, Hyundia Honda and Toyota now pay american workers less than thery pay thjer homeland workers.
Instead of bitching about mexican labor american labor should join with them and start demanding a higher living wage both here and in Mexcio.
There is no United States as we are now a world community, our former national assets now owned primarily to overseas and we ahve to compete not just domesticly but internationaly for our wages.
One thing to remember is that over 55% of American populace lives on government paychecks, paychecks that do not depend upon american workers income taxes but federally borrowed money and upon luxury taxes to support their lifestyles.
These 55% need cheap work force in order to keep their jobs and to them it matters not if they are imigrants or domestic.
A Us economy driven by realestate values not actual production of goods whereby the value of land in New York City is more than the value of all the manufacturing plants and infrastructure of industry in whole of US is not a viable economy.
The devaluing of Us dollar by yur politcos to mke the US worker more competative has caused part of imiigration problem and is a deliberate attemtp to form one economic union with Canada US and mexico al having same living standards.
Place the blame where it lays and not upon fellow humans who are striving to survive in the mess your government and theirs has caused.
It is not just governetn greed a sour popualce has far too long took too many thngs for granted whole those who run the palce have been decieving us all.
A fence and mass deportation

1) Close the borders. Our govt has the responsibility to know & control who is allowed to enter the US.
2) Enforce the laws already on the books against those who employ illegals.
3) Set reasonable limits for legal immigration.
I am in favor of legal immigration, but I amk against illegal immigration.
here is one idea.....close the borders, but first tell them that we are going to take over their country.....and spend the next several months immunizing all Mexicans, and Mexico then becomes part of the united states.....other wise.....put those bouncing betty bombs all along the border, and after so many are killed.....they will stop trying to come.
Stop trying to paint immigrants with a broad brush. If you abuse welfare, steal, deal drugs, steal identities, out you go. If all you are doing is trying to make life better for yourself and your family and you WANT to be here....well I'm not seeing what the big deal is. You are making this a better country for everyone, you stay. If you want me to call that "Amnesty" I'm fine with that. Let's Judge people as PEOPLE, not label them as "legal" or "illegal" because of where they happened to be born. Am I really being that naive?
Find the reason illegals are coming in and put a stop to it.
Then find a way to help Mexico so that they can begin to develop what it is everyone seems to come here for so there is no desire to come across the border.
We need to protect our borders #1 I'm tired of people of all backrounds diverting what is going on and saying that illegal immigrants need jobs. It is not the United States of America and basically the tax payers to provide care for people who illegaly enter our country. We do need the immigrants we have now as they are part of the lower class and help ensure a higher gdp by allowing for many to work while keeping services down. We need to have a strong southern front with a fence. We need the national guard their to actually be allowed to confront the aliens trespassing on our country.
We should deport any immigrant as neccessary fit the immigrant right groups can't protest they are advacating for people who break laws. To enroll into public school you need to show you are either a. a legal resident or b. verification you have paid taxes (illegal immigrants can file to the irs). We should not be spending billions of dollars per year on immigrant health care and education.
One of the most important issues is terrorism. We need to make sure that terrorist don't enter this country. It is much easier now for a terrorist to enter the country by our southern front then by flying direct. It has already happened people from pakistan with hatred to the United States have entered this country. I only hope that they fix this soon.
