There is only two states in American that have unions not marriage. The other is you need to be legal citizens of America to marry or union. you need to head to Canada to get married.

If you want to get married come legally i don't have a problem but besides that i believe you should be jailed for sneaking in for adleast a year in a camp somewhere in the sun.
