Sounds like a good idea to me.
I don't even know if I believe she is an American, herself. Regardless, she probably has an illegal immigrant for a boyfriend. That's what I have found - if you look back through the questions and answers of people like her, you usually find out that their husband/boyfriend is an illegal. They don't care and aren't thinking about what is good for the country, as a whole - they are thinking of themselves and their husband/boyfriend, only.
If she's wrong, then use facts to prove she's wrong. Don't just whine!
Funny. I actually READ the bill and I don't recall seeing the word "amnesty" in it anywhere.

i think any one who supports them should let illegals live with them and see how it is. wickedlooks seems to be independent. she is trying to keep an open mind about all this mess. her compassion has not yet been destroyed by illegals miss treating her like some of us have.

Uncontrolled immigration does hurt the country. Denver is drowning in immigrants at the low income level. Denver is currently trying to raise taxes to cover the over population in public schools. Border towns are struggling to maintain public schools and hospitals. There is a significant strain on these services by low income immigrants who don't pay a significant amount (if any) of property taxes, and don't pay the bill after using the emergency room. The uncontrolled flow of massive amounts of people into any area will cause a surge that will break the public services bank. These are only two quick examples of why this is an issue.

For you people who say you have read the Bill S.1348 and say you haven`t seen the "word" Amnesty ! If you will look up the word amnesty in your Websters dictionary you will find that the word " Amnesia ", meaning "loss of memory" comes just before "Amnesty" meaning forgetting ; pardon , for political offenses ! Now ; Do you have have Amnesia when it comes to recognizing what Amnesty is by any other form of wording or definition other than the word Amnesty ?? Does the damn bill S.1348 say that the ILLEGALS broke the law ,YES , and now they will be pardoned , YES ? The word Amnesty is not written here , but if you open your eyes ( and mind ) you might understand that a word doesn`t have to be written to have it`s meaning or the definition of it to be the subject of a statement !! The term is called ignorance , or better yet " You have been bullcraped by the slide of hand liberal crooked politicians ! Illegals cross the border illegally, just that is a crime. Then buy a fake document, that is another crime, and then fail to pay taxes... If we do that, we go to jail... Isn't that reason enough to be mad?
Ok... I'm 3rd generation Hispanic American (Puerto Rican). I was born in this Country. I married another Hispanic woman who came to this Country legally from So. America. All her family is here legally, so this is an example that the stupid saying that the illegal used during the rally "si se puede" (It can be done) is true. It can be done! Ok, Americans are citizens and not subject to deportation, though we all know some who deserve it. America--love it leave it, please. American = US citizen, not Canadian, not Mexican. Felt I had to clarify that because of the misguided pros and illegals.
