Of course the Government will say militias are illegal.
The only place that says we have a right to maintain a well armed militia is the Constitution; and we know how important that document is to our Government.
Kind of like where it says a Government for the people, by the people, and of the people.
The Government is given its authority and power by the "CONSENT" of the people. The sooner people start to remember that, then the sooner we will get our country back on the right track.
I think it varies by State , but the Government, is losing the Peoples Trust.

According to the constitution we have every right to form militias. We were given that right to prevent a corrupt government.
Whoa, that's going to take some serious research and studying. I agree that's what they are for and by law, I am a militia by myself. But sense laws change from year to year, I don't think the old laws still stand. I would be willing to sit on the boarder and pick them off as they come through bt I don't think it's legal anymore.
