I can not say how long it take. Best just get started doing this and she come when she get her Visa. Be careful about who you pay money to, this a big scam for getting your money. People say they get you a Visa in 10 days and they just steal your money.

Why do we have to have temp visas for Mexicans, what is it with our workers, don't you think that we should give our worker those jobs first. AND..... let the Mexican government worry about their citizens not US.
