I have been in the UK one year on a holiday working visa. It expires in 3 weeks! :( I am presently employed but not certain that they are willing to apply for a working visa for me and I/we are not certain how likely it will be to get approved. I have researched all other avenues. Grandparents not born here only great grandparents. Not highly skilled, not in a job shortage role, cant afford to be a student and only work part time, cant get citizenship(only been here one year) and although am in love with a british man he is still "legally" married and I dont want to marry for reasons of necessity. Any ideas?
