I was denied employment i want to write a letter of reconsideration, any suggestions on language for letter?

Answer:
Maybe you just weren't qualified.
If you do that, you'll only end up looking desperate/foolish/crazy.
Silence is golden my friend, don't write that letter.
If you are dead set on doing this . It will only work if you live in a right to work state. And as far as language, try english
Depends on why you were denied employement. If it is due to a not so clean past or lack of experience it may fall on deaf ears. However if it was something else like age, gender, religion you may want to write the labor board instead. Those actions are illegal. If you feel that you weren't given due consideration there is no harm in writing your letter. The worst they can say is still, "No." Be sure to be professional and courteous in you letter and point out benefits to hiring you that may be a asset to the company and perhaps anything important that they may not have considered. Good Luck.
If they denied you employment there was a reason. THEY DON'T HAVE TO HIRE EVERYONE. Move on.

If you bother them, that won't make them hire you. It will only further alienate you from the company.
You had better check to see if you live in Hire at Will, Fire at Will state. (TN is one of those for sure) . If you live in a state where employment is at the employers sole discretion( as it should always be) you sure don't need to write that letter because you will look very foolish.
A letter of reconsideration is really not appropriate, if at some point they decide that they are interested in you as a prospective employee, they have the information on your resume to contact you.
If you go to the labor board and scream discrimination as has been suggested in some of the answers, be aware that if your prospective employer doesn't really want you there what kind of work experience are you going to have. I am going to guess that it would be a very unpleasant experience at work every day.
