Well Every body knows that the highest concentration of illegal Mexicans and Latinos is in Los Angeles.

For the most part the Germans live here legally and most of them speak English.
As for the mexicans,they are like cockroaches they are all over and they don't speak english.

Evidently Los Angeles. Mexican immigrants is by far the largest immigrant group. Chinese is a distant second. Philipino is third and German is the fourth largest ethnic group. The Germans are sneaky. They look and act like Americans and only have a slight accent when they speak. My sister lives next to one and we didn't even know. They must be plotting something if they decided to look and act like us.
